Welcome to Covington Ghost Tours. By purchasing tickets or participating in a tour, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of the Experience
Covington Ghost Tours provides guided, in-person walking tours focused on documented history, local legends, and reported paranormal stories for entertainment and educational purposes only. No guarantees of paranormal activity or specific experiences are made.
2. Tickets & Payments
All tickets must be purchased in advance through our website or approved payment provider. Prices are listed in USD.
3. Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time. If a tour is canceled by Covington Ghost Tours due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a reschedule option or refund.
4. Late Arrivals
Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and are not eligible for refunds.
5. Assumption of Risk
Guests participate at their own discretion. The tour involves walking outdoors on public sidewalks and streets. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
6. Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, property, and other participants. Covington Ghost Tours reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour may be eligible for rescheduling at the discretion of Covington Ghost Tours.
No-shows, late arrivals, or failure to attend a scheduled tour are non-refundable.
If Covington Ghost Tours cancels a tour due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or operational circumstances, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Light rain, cold temperatures, or normal seasonal weather conditions do not automatically result in cancellation.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method.
